Antwerpdiamonds.direct delivers all diamonds free of charge and insured in Europe and the United States of America. If you are located outside of these regions, we recommend that you contact us to discuss delivery options. We have supplied customers all over the world and we promise to do everything we can to find a quick, efficient and inexpensive solution.

Fast delivery times

We are able to supply most diamonds within 5 working days of receipt of payment.

You will receive a shipping confirmation by mail, after which you can expect the diamond to be delivered within 48 hours. in the mail you will receive a tracking code so you can track the order.

Our shipping methods

We only use companies that specialize in transporting valuables in a safe and secure manner such as Intex, Malca-Amit Brinks. As our insurance covers your order to your doorstep, we recommend that you inspect the goods before signing for acceptance.

Prefer to collect your diamonds yourself?

We also offer our customers the possibility of picking up their order at our offices in Antwerp, Belgium. This is possible by appointment only. After receiving the order confirmation, contact us to arrange an appointment to pick up your order.

Signature Requirements

For orders over 1000 euros, we require a postal address where a signature can be obtained for receipt.
