We update our stock daily, but sometimes it may happen, that the diamond that you have chosen has been sold offline. in this case, we will contact you and offer you a similar or a better alternative.

1. As soon as you place your order at Antwerpdiamonds.direct, you will receive an order confirmation per e-mail.
2. When your order is confirmed, either the diamond will be ready for immediate shipping, or our buyers will contact the supplier in order to control and eventually purchase it.  All this, within one working day from the placing of your order. On the rare occasion that your diamond is no longer available then our customer service will contact you with alternatives.
3. Once the diamond is secured in our offices and has passed inspection, your diamond will be prepared for shipping to your delivery address. The same day you will receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking number. Your diamond should arrive to its destination within 3 working days

We offer a wide range of payment options to our customers like Paypal , Sofort , Bancontact , Ideal We accepts maestro and all major credit cards (visa , mastercard) via Ingenico and you can even obtain a small discount for wire transfers (by avoiding cc charges).
